"The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Once we got to the room, that is when we started to have some concerns. The outside door to enter was broken and not locking properly, but it was fixed by the next morning. The inside door to our room looked like it had been kicked in a few times and the door frame was in really rough shape and poorly fixed. It was convenient having access to the parking lot via the patio door, but it too was falling apart and the handle was hanging on by one screw. "

"Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable bed. Our only issue was we found the morning front desk agent to be unhelpful and abrasive, perhaps she isnt a morning person. (?) The evening agent (checkin) was not knowledgeable of the history of the inn, (crucial in a 200 year old home) when asked he just shrugged and pointed to a poster on the wall and left the room. He also knew nothing of our Expedia VIP booking, and again shrugged so any VIP perks were nil. Other than the staff - the property was wonderful. Likely would not stay again."

"We have always had an amazing experiance staying at this location. The staff is always friendly and quick to help us with everything. Travelling as a team can be stressful this location has always taken the stress out of booking, checking in and checking out. "

"Fan for hvac in room was so loud could not hear the television. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone goes to washroom in night, it lights up the entire room. Underground Parking lot is having work done, must wait for traffic lughts for up to 150 seconds to allow one way passage. No pool, huge let down after booking with kids. Sink in room drained slowly. Shower was not hot. Body wash was disgusting smell. Elevator requires you to scan your key card. There is a small sign stating this, but it is not explained at front desk. Full elevator thought they were stuck multiple times because of this."

"Nice clean and big rooms. My only complaint is the whole building was made of wood. We could hear everyone walking in the room above us. Or as we walked through our room it was sqeeking. I’ve never been in. A hotel where I can hear myself walk "
