Our room was charming and immaculately clean. The AC worked well and the soundproofing was exceptional. We could not hear the street noise at all. My only "complaint" is the lack of down or feather pillows. The hotel only has friber-filled and memory foam pillows (king sized). Maybe these are the most common in Europe, but for the price point the hotel should offer feather pillows upon request. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and was well-stocked with hot and cold options. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again in the future. The location on Gran Via is perfect for dining and shopping. The street and sidewalks can get very crowded, but as I mentioned, the room is sufficiently sound-proofed so that street noise was no issue. The metro is conveniently right across the street.

Very well-located hotel in the centre of all the action. Hotel room is very comfortable. Good sound-proofing and the gym is super nice! Breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a very diverse and extensive spread. Would definitely consider returning!
