"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. Overall we had a good time and considering to return. "

"The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade. However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message. "Inside and around the bed was swarming with tiny insects. I had to wait until the next day to change room. When reported to reception no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service was minimal. Not what I would expect for a 4 star resort."
