"Was a wonderful stay during our British vacation. Room upgrade was outstanding and the staff was excellent. Room was trendy and clean. Accessible toilets were on a half-floor above the lobby, requiring a chair elevator to be deployed each tme by staff, which was inconvenient but their novel solution ..."
