"The staff were excellent, baggage hold was really helpful. I really appreciated the size of the room and the closet for hanging clothes. Problems with the room included a very loud and rattling air conditioner, bright light that came in through the shades from the outdoor hallway, and the mattress wearing out. I expected a little better for the price. "
