This has been my go-to hotel when staying in Tokyo across three trips. Great location, breakfast buffet, and sufficient rooms. Main area of improvement would be to have some healthier evening dining options beyond pizza and comfort food.

I booked this hotel in a hurry, turn out the experience was good. The location is not convenient, so need to be ready to arrange some transport. The room is clean and spacious, with the garden view. There’s a minor problem with my bathtub, and the staff were helpful and brought technician to fix it quickly. I also went to the pool and the gym, both were well maintained, clean, and well equipped. I also had the luxury to enjoy snacks at the lounge. A minor drawback is the breakfast arrangement, since everything is made-to-order, it takes time for the food to arrive, and the restaurant can be full and it’s not surprise to wait up to 15 mins to be seated, which could be frustrating if one is in a hurry for a journey in the morning. For the kids, the amenities were ready, but admission to pool, breakfast and lounge for kids all carry a charge.

"They messed up our reservation. After staying up for almost 24 hours, we had no choice but paying a higher rate. Later, I showed another staff member that Expedia sent me an updated confirmation. She spent at least half an hour on the phone with Expedia to find out what had happened. It was their ..."
