"The host was extremely nice and when we asked for help locating something she would assist us by doing research, calling on our behalf and speaking to the business to ensure we were taken care of. If you are looking for a Home stay experience this is a good spot. breakfast made daily at the time that you specify and a verity of Japanese foods. "
"I had an excellent stay here; very easy to reach via the metro, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel has a public bath and a fresh orange juice counter which added some great amenities. "

"Rooms were small, but exceptionally comfortable. Only major downside was the lack of storage space as there was no place to unpack a suitcase except a small closet "
"Family of 4 stayed for three nights and it was great! Shuttle to Disney was free, convenient and more frequent than the other hotels in the area. Lawson built right into the hotel was great for snacks. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Spa was 800 yen per visit and had 2 baths, one cold bath and a sauna. Laundry machines were available but I did not use and were not free. Rooms were clean but wished the beds were softer. Room was big compared to other tokyo hotels I've been to. Location was great as there were 2 malls within 10 minute walk. JR station was an easy 15 minute walk. The hotel was split into 2 buildings, one large tower and another smaller square building behind it. It was confusing to find out they were the same hotels but booked with different systems. I stayed at the square, so I am not sure how the service or amenities were like over at the tower. "
"From the start of my visit to the very end, this hotel provided a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was relatively simple and with the friendly staff helping it was quick and easy.
The room was nicely sized and the full-size shower and bathtub was enjoyed thoroughly. After long days out in the Japanese summer sun, a nice shower and relaxing bath is warranted. The room was well cleaned and maintained by staff. Amenities were abundant and readily available via the ground floor lounge room. If requested at the front desk you are also provided an iron and ironing board to use.
The daily break was wonderful and tasty. It's a self-service style filled with different foods ranging from rice, miso soup, fried meat, fish, and other foods. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating available even when it got busy.
I was visiting family in Funabashi, Chiba which was only a short train ride away so the incredibly close proximity of the Ichikawa Shiohama station was very nice. You walk outside and the train station is practically attached to the hotel almost.
Right next to the hotel you'll also find a Lawsons convenience store. Easy to visit in the mornings and afternoons as you leave and return from the hotel. You'll find a good selection of drinks to beat the summer sun or snacks to enjoy in your room.
Overall CVS Bay Hotel was a fantastic stay and I hope to utilize them again in the future. Thank you for allowing my stay in Chiba to be relaxing."
"Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional."
"We were only here one night and we checked in late. We were not happy to hear there was no onsite parking available. However, friendly staff and easy late check out options made up for it. "
