Honestly one of the best stays for us in a 15 day trip. The traditional vibe, focus on cleanliness and the wonderful onsen created a sanctuary for us to come back to after an entire day of walking around in the city. The staff were very helpful and gracious. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful addition as well. Would come back to stay here anytime we are back in Tokyo.

I know a bit of Japanese, but everything is easier in English. I found it very easy to navigate the hotel, ask questions, and use the amenities here in English. The rooms were spacious for Japan. The toilet was fancy and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The breakfasts were tasty even if you don’t eat fish for breakfast. The staff helped me with check-in/check-out, luggage delivery, and minor things with a mix of English and Japanese. The hot springs were excellent! Remember to clean yourself thoroughly before entering the baths and that you cannot use them with tattoos.

We had a superior queen room which is more spacious than usual. Did not avail breakfast, but friends say it was very good with fresh fish. Free Yakult drink morning, free ice cream/popsicles evening, free udon soup evenings. Public baths had mineral water, jets like jacuzzi, dry sauna - live it. Laundry - free to wash and only pay for dryer, Walk to temple which is better at night - cooler, lighted, less crowds although main temple and shops closed. Close to Don Quijote, Uniqlo. A bit of walk to ride the metro. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place with super friendly and professional staff. The location is amazing with many small restaurants and food stalls. There is a lot of shopping in the area. The only downside is that it’s about 7-8 mins walk to the closest subway, Asakusa subway. The onsen (hot spring) is really nice too! Would definitely come back!

Loved this hotel, and wish I would give it 4.5 stars. The hotel is incredibly clean, to the point where when you enter it you need to take off your shoes and clean the wheels of your suitcase using their rolling mat. The check in and check out processes are quite easy to do. The staff are so attentive that
