Really convenient. Nice easy walk to/from the monorail. Convenience store on level 3, but just as easy to walk to Lawson across the road on the way back to the hotel. Rooms were perfect for what we needed at the end of a day at Disney

The room was lovely, had a calming atmosphere, and was very comfortable. I was thoroughly satisfied with both the variety and taste of the Japanese and Western dishes, desserts, and fruits served at breakfast and dinner in the main dining room. I would like to stay here again.

Couldn’t fault our stay. Rooms were great. Shower was wonderful. Breakfast buffet had a great choice, both Japanese and western so you could try a bit of both. Easy to get to both Disney parks. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we can’t say enough good things about Grand Nikko. The hotel was in pristine condition 100% of the time we were there. The staff was amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast and dinner buffets it was incredible, we added our breakfast buffet on when we booked and so glad we did. The free resort shuttle was super handy. We would definitely come back for sure!!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the hotel has airport shuttle service for a fee through outside party. The room is excellent and so spacious for a party of 2. They provide guests with dental kit, brush, bath salts, facial cleanser and lotion. Hotel is at a great location, close to the Disney railway station.

Great hotel and perfect location between the 2 x Disneyparks. A short 5 minute walk to the Disney Monorail which was perfect for our small family. Great sized room and lots of internal space. Extra points for the beautiful atrium design of the hotel - something you dont see alot of anymore. Would recommend to others!

Hotel in general was good, close to Disney,clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was great but the only think I did not like is that you had to reserve your table before you go eat. Where they gave you a QR that is not available until that morning (6:30am)when you supposed to go have breakfast.

The Grand Nikko Bay hotel was pure magic. It felt like an extension of the Disney parks with the Disney classical music playing in the lobby. The morning breakfast buffet was delightful with so many foods to choose from. Our room had a breathtaking bayside view complete with the Tokyo skyline. The hotel shuttle conveniently transports you between the parks and the hotel giving our tired legs a rest. The staff were so kind and helpful. We will most certainly be back. Thank you!

The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. They did their best and often went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even with the language barrier, they still made an effort to help. Thank you for helping to make my first trip to Japan comfortable and fun.

Excellent hotel! Staff were delightful and it was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities (including pyjamas!). It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Disneysea was further on foot (about a 40 minute walk) but it was simple to get a taxi and you can be there in 5 minutes. We had a Family Room and it was surprisingly spacious and enough room for my family of four. Thank you for having us!

Had a great stay at Grand Nikko! Check-in and check-out was flawless, and our room had the most amazing views of Tokyo Bay, The dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious and had great variety. The indoor pool was large and spacious, and the outdoor pools were shallower which is great for guests with children. Loungers all around, snacks and drinks can be ordered poolside as well. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come again.

I loved the fact that there was 24-hour in-house convenience store inside the hotel, free shuttle to Maihama station and disney resorts! Staff are helpful but not all of them. Overall it was a good experience!

Overall great experience with many walkable trails to and from Disney parks as well as the coastal shoreline. Prime location for visiting Disney. One point for consideration: if C purchasing room with buffet, note that the breakfast buffet at Le Jardin open for lottery-style daily at 0600 hrs. No update from system of queue acceptance - attempted 3 days and never received an email for breakfast. No other restaurants in close proximity to hotel - breakfast at Disney parks instead. Luckily, able to use breakfast buffet tickets for a small fee substituted at dinner and able to secure dinner RSVP online with immediate email feedback.
