"Amazing hotel in the heart of Bucharest. Very close to the old city and the Metro stations. Beautiful pool on the 22nd floor."

"Great value for the money! We enjoyed the location near Cismigiu Park, the amenities (the restaurant, pool and spa area). The room itself is quite small, but there is a separate living room area and a very big bathroom with both shower and bath tub. The room itself didn't feel like a 5-star, and on the TV you can't access YouTube or any other online services for that matter which you would nowadays expect as a "must have". Staff was great and very accommodating on various occasions, first in preparing the room for us on a very short notice since it was a rushed booking, then at night time when calling the room service 15 minutes after their closing time (having thought that the closing time was half an hour later) and they still delivered the order. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but we were happy with the food choices and the service (just a bit slow in getting our order considering that there were 2 waiters and only 3 occupied tables in the restaurant, but then our waiter explained that she gave us some extra time because the menu is quite extensive). Overall very good experience, I would go there again on a future occasion."

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious. We were warmly welcomed at reception with a glass of sparkling wine and big smiles from the friendly staff, it was such a lovely touch. Our room was spacious with a super comfy bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the wellness area: the pool, as well as both dry and wet saunas, are complimentary for guests and added a true sense of indulgence to our stay. The location is another big plus, just a short walk from Bucharest’s beautiful Old Town, making it easy to explore on foot. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience in Bucharest."

"I stayed for 4 days total, during this time the staff was extremely nice, they borrowed me an adapter to charge my phone, provided me with recommendations and the breakfast was amazing! My room had the gorgeous view to the city and it was located in the middle of the old town! 100% recommended!"
