Western breakfast is still very Japanese, and all furniture is child height, but otherwise very good. Staff are very professional & helpful

Room was nice, suitable for a couple if you're happy to sleep in separate beds. 2 king single mattresses with additional bedding in storage compartment for additional people. Great location close to the ski lift base and village centre. Very clean, well equipped, with a small but adequate lounge upstairs looking out onto the forest, with a small balcony. Staff were very responsive. A very pleasant stay!

The ski resort and town are a bit underdeveloped. Needs snow cannons at kitanomine so the whole resort is open and more shuttle buses around the town and lifts
Farm Tomita is beautiful! Despite the number of tourists, it's worth a visit.
