"The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. The building is a design failure—calling it “noisy” is an understatement, as every word and footstep of other guests is noticeable. Communication with the accommodation is only possible via email, and no assistance regarding noise issue was provided. The rooms might look nice in theory, but in practice are poorly executed without any soundproofing. "

"Everything was very convenient and user-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the service was excellent.
