Every staffs were s friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Our room was surprisedly neat and spacious, we have enjoyed much during our anniversary stay. One thing, per my request, it was our first time in Furano to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It might be nice if the hotel could offer a little gift for our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had everything we needed. The staff was amazing, I can’t compliment them enough. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, and also enjoyed a few dinners as well (the Hokkaido top sirloin was top notch!!). If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!

Generally expected more at this price point. The car park is a long walk away if it is raining or snowing heavily. The public bath is very small in size, however it wasn’t crowded. The wine tasting at the lounge is a very nice touch with good ambience. Breakfast was good. Room was standard and felt a little dated. Again expected more at 50,000 yen a night.

The place is really cozy. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. This boutique hotel is good for small group. Breakfast is very rich. And dinner has various dishes to choose. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also has a common area for guests to relax, serve with free coffee, tea and snacks.
