"Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Guter SPA Bereich. Leider kostet Parkplatz extra (11,50 pro Tag!), dafür ist dieser überwacht. Bei Check-in war Rezeption leider nicht besetzt, sodass wir warten mussten. Deutsch Kenntnisse vorhanden, ist als positiv hervorzuheben."

"Hatten noch niemals so eine schlechte Unterkunft. Kaputte Möbel, schmutziges sehr gestückeltes Geschirr. Nur zwei kleine Handtücher, Loch in der Balkontür, falsche Fernbedienung, viele Spinnen und Spinnengewebe, lose Tapeten, keine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster defekt. Hühnertreppe ins Apartment, für ältere und behinderte Menschen unzumutbar. Wasserhahn lose, usw. Kein WLAN, Insgesamt inakzeptabel, zumal für diesen Preis. Zwei Übernachtungen plus Hund waren 250 Euro. Haben in der zweiten Nacht im Auto...

"The actual place was nice. The check in process was challenging. We had to download an app and put in our passport information, etc. we didn’t have good internet service so it was very difficult. "I love staying in this hotel, the location is amazing, the lake is across the street. It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. The breakfast is delicious. It is like home away from home, I return every time I come to lake Balaton."
