Weekend on Lake Balaton

A very comfortable elegant hotel with excellent food. The staff were pleasant but did not speak much English. The spa massages were very good. The location near the lake was very pleasant.

Excelent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and very attentive. Spa and outdoor pool are amazing! Breakfast food options were good, egg Benedict were cooked to perfection.

Je ne sais pas qui a attribué 5 etoiles a l'hotel, mais a la qualite de la structure le reste est totalement absent, pas de segnalitique, pas de concierge pour les bagages, petit dejeuner inexistant (pas de the, de laitage, produit rapidement epuise ....), service desastreux fait vraisemblablement par du personnel sans formation ......la liste et longue et je ne recommanderai pas l'hotel pour des voyageurs s la recherche d'un vrai 5 etoiles.

Das Haus ist sehr modern und hätte Potential ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu sein. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich aber etwas unpraktisch. Alles ist KI gesteuert, nur die KI setzt ständig aus. Manchmal ist es problematisch, nur die Vorhänge zu öffnen. Wer nicht technikbegeistert ist, wird seine Probleme haben und sei es nur, nachts das Licht einzuschalten. Es handelt sich bei diesem Hotel ja um ein 5 Sterne Haus. Das Frühstück sollte diesem Hotel peinlich sein. Geworben wird mit einem reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet, welches dann tatsächlich aus 2 Sorten Salami, Kochschinken, einer Sorte Käse, geschnittenes Baguett, Croissants, eine Sorte Joughurt, Cornflakes und ein bisschen Marmelade bestand. Gurke, Paprika und etwas Obst gab es auch. Getränke und Eier mussten bestellt werden. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Wenn das Brot alle war, musste man nachfragen. Das Personal ist äusserst unkompetent. Die Frühstücksbedienung kommt nicht hinterher, während eine andere Person sich hinter dem Tresen langweilt. Die Tür zum Wellnessbereich quietscht, der Poolservice sitzt daneben und hält sich die Ohren zu. Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz schön, mit Saunen und einem Whirlpool. Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Das Hotel befindet sich in Balatonszéplak, ca 4km vom Zentrum Siofok entfernt. Beim Bezahlen in Landeswährung gab es Probleme. Das Hotel rechnet mit eigenem Kurs anstatt dem offiziellen Wechselkurs ab. Empfehlen kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht.
