"Check in was 30 min late, 3:30 PM. Missing amenities in our room. Sewage smell outside room. However, great location."

"Overall the hotel was okay. Room is small. Bed was fine. Location is very good if you can handle the steps to main street. If you have a car make sure you park it in front of the NH Hotel the street above the property. You'll need to go to front desk, tell the clerk you want to valet. They will then call the valet any you'll need to walk back up to the NH Hotel where the valet will meet you. You'll need to pay him twenty euros per day upfront. My biggest problem was the breakfast- pretty terrible. I didnt think it possible to get a bad cup of coffee in Italy but it is. Their machine needs to go. The cappucino is completely undrinkable. Scrambled eggs were cold. Croissants were very poor quality. And they insist on turning on the TV which is really annoying. No one in the room wanted it on. Front desk staff was helpful."

"The hotel is run down and it shows. But it's location and views of the sea are excellent. The staff were responsive but not particularly friendly. Nobody asked us how our stay was. Breakfast is ok. The breakfast room faces the sea. But all the windows were closed and all the curtains drawn making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. "
