Staff is helpful when there. Rooms were clean but it had been awhile since the last cleaning. Upkeep was good just an empty place we were the only ones there.

SCAM HOTEL!

Arrived and the place was completely closed, refused to let me in even though I’d already paid online, eventually let me in after requesting an extra 120 euro, room was completely worng and wouldn’t give me correct one until I paid extra and then after this they told me to leave after I complained it was the worng room, DO NOT STAY HERE, COMPLETE SCAM

The worst property we have ever stayed at! From the rude staff that barely checked us in, showed us our room and literally left the property without even giving us the wifi code, to the DARK hallway that we needed to use a flashlight to get into our room, to a bathroom where the garbage had not been picked up, to an extremely uncomfortable bed, and many more issues. We left at 6 AM, just wanted to get out of there. I would never recommend this property! Expedia should be ashamed to list this property! No wonder this was the only property left for the area that had rooms available. Sleeping in the car or driving for another hour or so would have been better choices.

We arrived late at 10pm and hotel was completely shut up & in total darkness. No bell to ring either. We couldn’t get through on the phone to advise the hotel that we’d be late as there was an ansafone that had been left on since 7:30pm. Eventually found someone to let us in. They had no record of our prepaid booking through Expedia and insisted on charging us again. Our room was extraordinary. The bed was a double not king size. The bathroom looked neglected & was dirty. No loo roll holder, no bathroom glasses, light not working, & a 1/2 empty bottle of cleaning liquid had been left on shelf. The supposed 45” tv was tiny, the balcony had long grass growing in the paving slabs. There was a German newspaper and magazine on table dated February (over 4months old!) To make things worse, there was a dog belonging to the hotel that was loudly barking, well into the early hours of the morning. We asked to change room the following morning. They were not happy. Grudgingly gave us a different room in the front of hotel (without the nice view) but at least it had a fully equipped bathroom. TV was even smaller. Nothing was clean. Mirror filthy. Dead flies on carpet in our room and in corridors. No other guests to be seen!!! Weirdest experience ever. Breakfast was a joke. No choice - just a plate of cheese & meat put on table. No choice of tea or coffee just a small pot of coffee. Bread rolls were like bricks. 2nd day we were given 3eggs between 2 of us?

Uforberedt og uden service

Super flot natur. Der var ingen ansatte da vi kom, og da han han kom vidste han ikke at vi ville komme. Det virkede ikke dom om værelserne var klar og han havde heller ikke styr på at vi havde betalt. Vi kunne ikke få nogen form for mad da kokken havde ferie. Til gengæld fandt vi en super hyggelig italiensk café i nærheden med den lækreste mad og det sødeste personale.

Vackert läge men ej prisvärt.

Kom fram 19.30, restaurang stängd, skulle vara öppen…. Fick sätta oss i bilen igen för att hitta mat. Dyr frukost till hög peng. Inget vatten och inga glas på rummet. Mörkt med många trasiga lampor. Boendet behöver en upprustning.

In die Jahre gekommen und wenig gepflegt

Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Im Kühlschrank lag ein vergammeltes Brötchen, im Wohnraum kein Papierkorb. Die Terrasse ziemlich verwahrlost, zwischen den Holzpaneelen sprießt Unkraut. Schade, die Lage ist schön.

Soggiornare come fantasmi

Siamo arrivati aicuramente tardi rispetto al checkin, seppure comunque nelll'orario indicato. Appena alla reception veniamo serviti da un ragazzo e un signore che a malapena parlavano inglese, e dopo soli 9 ore di viaggio, ci dicono che la stanza non c'è..... Ci è preso un colpo! Dopo un assenza di circa dieci minuti ci accompagnano in un appartamento, apparentemente confortevole. Accettiamo senza esitazione, ovviamente troppo stanchi! Subito dopo per sistemare l'acqua nel frigo aprendolo c'era uno strato di muffa, gli asciugamani erano quelli di casa. I cassetti pieni di cianfrusaglie e chiodi (probabilmente la stanza dedicata ai lavoratori). Insomma un inferno. Peccato perche imfondo la struttura merita, un punto strategico, molto bella esternamente, il ristorante non credo funzioni, ma fuori e davvero meraviglioso, con il panorama sulla foresta nera. Nemmeno ci hanno chiesto i documenti abbiamo lasciato la chiave sul tavolo della reception, prima di andare, dopo aver chiamato per 20 minuti, tanto era come non ci fossimo.... e cosi sia! Spero possano migliorare nel tempo perche davvero è un posto incantevole.

La struttura e’ un po’ datata, la pulizia e’ nella media comunque lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, il posto dove si trova e’ lungo una strada principale ma immerso nella natura ed e’ bellissimo. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto al check-in non parlava una parola di inglese ed e’ stato un po’ traumatico capirsi….la mattina quando siamo andati via non c’era nessuno nella hall e abbiamo lasciato la chiave direttamente sulla porta. Diciamo che per una notte puo’ andare bene se non siete troppo schizzinosi

Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30, il a fallu appeler car il y avait personne. Je pense que ces lieux doivent être en rénovation car pas de lumière dans la chambre hormis une lumière rapportée. Pas d’interrupteur, heureusement il n’y avait pas de fils dénudé. Nous sommes parties le matin entre 7h30 et 8h pareil il n’y avait personne j’ai déposé la clé sur le comptoir. Je vous laisse une photo de la terrasse. Cela ne m’a pas incommodé en soit mais je trouve déplorable des états comme cela quand nous prétendons faire de l’hôtellerie et du service à la personne.

Det var utrygt. Vi var de eneste turister. De andre overnattende var Østeuropæiske arbejdere. Da vi forlod stedet om morgenen var alt lukket ned. Da vi ankom blev vi anvist til et værelse med for få senge. Det løste de dog efterfølgende. Området var dejligt, vi ville dog ønske at have boet et andet sted…

Wir sind ohne große Erwartungen angereist und wurden trotzdem von dem desolaten Zustand überrascht. Erschreckend jedoch war, dass dies noch nicht mal mit Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommendem Service wieder wettgemacht wurde. Aber das Frühstück in der Konditorei nebenan war überragend!
