Staff is very courteous and helpful. Lounge area and in room music system were quite nice. Excellent location. Would easily stay here again. Only issue is lack of storage -no closet, drawers, shelves.

Staff were friendly & the room was clean, tidy, and neat. The amenities around the area is great. The room we stayed at were enough room for a family of five. Would definitely stay there again.

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

Trendy degined hotel.. and nice & kind staffs. Room is smaller and not enough space for belongings..than i expected. however good experience

As the name implies, the view of Asakusa Skytree and the surrounding city skyline was breathtaking. The staff and service experience were wonderful. We speak only some Japanese, but our experience was wonderful and the staff were able to communicate with us despite our limited Japanese. The property was in excellent condition, and we absolutely loved the breakfast buffet! There were many options, and again the service experience was superb. We walked to Sensoji temple and to the shopping (donqi and uniqlo) all within 5mins walk or less from the property, so the location was great for the area, and very close to the subway line connecting all.over tokyo. We would love to stay again the next time we are lucky enough to be traveling to Japan.
