"The beds were uncomfortable, although this is normal for westerners in Japanese beds. Bring a pillow or get a western-style if this is a dealbreaker. The refrigerator power outlet went out early in the stay, but we used another outlet. The location is fantastic, very close to Hasunuma Station, the entrance is 15-20 feet from a 7-11 and there are plenty of restaurants and such around. Kamata Station is a short walk away, loaded with everything you need, and largely devoid of the loud, tourist-y...

"1 train stop away from everything you need - or a 15-20min walk! Wouldn't have been ideal if you're heading in and out a lot but we were out one in the morning and back at night and it was great. "

There was a helpful map and instructions on lights, air conditioning and the area which was super convenient. The place itself is very small but we knew that when we made the booking.
