This property does not match the photos! The furniture was dirty and out dated! The receptionist was not at the desk when I arrived. No one knew where she was. I asked for the remote for the TV 3 times and never received it. There was not kettle in the room, however the night attendant was kind enough to find one for me. Horrible experience-I actually left a day early due to the poor customer service!
I travelled by plane 2 days, and this is how I was rewarded for stating at your accommodation! Horrible expereice!

The facilities were a little "tired". Only one towel in double room, no hairdryer. But a good buffet breakfast and helpful staff.
The "Grand Palm" has fallen far, and has some of the poorest hotel restrooms we have visited. The last "signed' check was 3 months previous!
Terrible room. Rooms too tight. Noisy heater. Above all no dinner served. Walking to eat at the Grand Palm in the dark was not fun. They should access route between the two sister hotels.

Staff are courteous and everything is clean.
Rooms are small but OK for 2-3 nights.
In-room WiFI was non-existent - I had to sit in reception whenever I needed Internet access. As I was staying for business, this was terrible.

The staff members at the Peermont Metcourt Inn at The Grand Palm Resort were very helpful and accommodating. Their dedication to the comfort of their guests was inspiring. The facilities are nice, offering a wonderful experience for travelers. The breakfasts were quite enjoyable as well.

Positives: good buffet breakfast with some changes each day, friendly staff, comfortable bed
Negatives: Road noise in rooms on one side of building, wifi only worked in centre of building or extremities (not midway in each corridor, where my room was)

The property is very clean and in good location. but i didn't like the fact that i was made to wait longer as i was told my name doesn't reflect on their system even though they acknowledged receipt of my payment voucher. to me it was not necessary to make me wait because the voucher was there. quiet disappointing.
