"The place is beautiful and very well cat even though there is construction going on you really didn't notice that the construction was there the only drawback I see is if you have a fury family member with you there isn't much classy area for it to use for the restroom you will have to walk down and find something or walk across the street you'll just have to walk and find somewhere for them to be able to use the restroom otherwise this place is beautiful it's got restaurants around it it's got a bistro in it the food is good I failed the prices are a little high for it but it works your best bet is to make sure you get a breakfast package when you book your room otherwise it à la carte and gets expensive enjoy your stay at the courtyard by Marriott in cottonwood Utah bound at the base of cottonwood canyon"

"We had another wonderful stay, this is our third year of coming for Labor Day weekend. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that we used for breakfast every day. One of our favorite features is the large dining room table, where our party of 8 played card and board games every night. The pool, hot tubs and sauna were used every day, you just can't beat the sunshine in Park City in September. Every request large or small were handled with care by the front desk. The valet station is busier with the change to the flow of golfers to the course, but it they were always quick to help with our car and our bags. The place is top notch, and I haven't even mentioned the great location of the property."

"This is an older hotel but it’s maintained pretty well, it’s very quiet except for the road noise. I asked to be on the side of the building away from the road but was told they don’t give room requests to Expedia customers, which I found to be very odd because it it is a small hotel that I would not have known existed if I hadn’t seen it on Expedia. The front desk lady was a little rude but the rest of the staff was very nice."
