The staff was excellent and the facility is very nice and clean. The hotel has a very nice workout roon and the breakfast was very good. Id recommended anyone who visits Gadsden to stay here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The area is filled with and abundance of things to do. Restaurants, movies,State Parks, Flea Markets and River Walks. I will stay here again!

A pleasent stay

Made very welcome by all the staff. Andrew was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. A little dissapointed with what was on offer for breakfast. Room was great and very clean. All in all, well pleased with our stay.

Relatively new Hampton Inn. Access from public roadway was not inviting, but once in the real parking area, confusion faded. Maybe a sign or three to direct a new guest through the gyrations? Staff was always friendly and engaging from desk to cleaning service through breakfast. Excellent bed. Bathroom was nice except for getting in and out. 45 degree door on the corner limits ability to easily access all the fixtures. Can't imagine some folks can shower without falling over the toilet getting into the shower. This is an design issue, and does not detract from excellent staff.

Late arrival oopsy saved by great customer service

Just for info: they will cancel your booking if you come in late if you booked with a card you are not planning on paying with. I don't always know which card will have money on it so I use what I need to at the time. I got in late and they had called, which is great if you are able to take the call. Luckily there was still a room left so I only had to pay a little more. But just as a BTW, if you're coming in late, call or go ahead and give the card you're going to use. :) The person working the front desk was so patient and friendly that I couldn't get too mad. It worked out but she made the difference. She explained their policy in a friendly way and even though I was tired and annoyed, she helped me by being understanding. The hotel was clean, room was great, bed was great, shower was great, and it was quiet on a Friday night which was extra great! Oh, and the TV options were great!
