"Dirty dirty hotel. Got to our room after a very dismissive chevk in. Zero toilet paper, the room reaked of cigarette smoke and the bedding had blood stains. Back to the front to ask for another room... Bedding on both beds in that room were grossly stained as well. We only stayed because it was late and we had an early flight. Otherwise i would have demanded a refund and gone somewhere else."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start. The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable. We were also given very limited towels and washcloths, and when I requested more, I was told they were entirely out. Front desk service added to the frustration. The staff member, Ellen, was frequently unavailable, with a sign indicating she was assisting another guest, yet she appeared to be outside taking multiple smoke breaks. The most significant issue was the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable for my family of four to sleep. I requested an accommodation for the first night due to these conditions, but my concern was ignored. To make matters worse, the hotel requires payment prior to arrival and threatens cancellation if at least the first night is not paid—yet the quality of the stay did not come close to justifying that policy. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property. "

"Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Found some items from previous travelers so it made me second guess the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed there before and this wasn’t an issue prior, I will add. "

"I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. On top of it why are they charging so much for a hotel that has nothing special about it, and only being a 3star hotel. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels at EASTON that don’t charge no where near 250$. Mind you Easton has way more things to do and see. So I went next door to TRU by the Hilton, and they only charged a 50$ deposit and was a much better Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all. "

"We had put our stuff in the room and then left for 5 hours and came back, and found a bed bug on one of the pillows. Also discovered while looking for other bugs, it looked like the sheets on the other bed had not been changed. We captured the bug in between two plastic cups, got our stuff together, and proceeded to the desk to check out. We handed the bug to the front desk clerk, and he took the cups apart, and shook the bug out onto the floor BEFORE asking if it was a bed bug. Im still waiting on a refund, after emailing a picture to (im assuming) management. I do not wish to stay at this hotel again."
