Rooms are large and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated. The staff was helpful and responsive. The first night we stayed in a room facing the highway and it was fairly loud, but we were able to switch to rooms for the 2nd night and it was lovely.

Sleep Inn & Suites University/Shands
Hotel and rooms were in good condition, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We did have to switch rooms, due to an issue with the bed. The staff graciously moved us.
