"The space was nice and roomy but the location was not convenient at all, with the metro being 7min plus walk away and one stop requiring you to walk down an alleyway that serves as a homeless encampment. Never saw any staff and didn’t know how to get more toilet tissue, which there was not enough of in the room. There is also a nauseatingly strong fragrance pumped into the common areas."

"This aparthotel was at a great location and had everything that we needed but it had more of a Hostel feel and not a hotel chain feel. The adagio is located essentially in a dead end, so driving is a bit tricky and has 4 parking stalls. The garage door is an extremely tight fit and we scratched the car. What go us in the end was how hot it was. No AC. We had to open the windows at night and turn the fan on. There was a homeless guy outside of the front door but he was harmless and stuck to himself. Stay away from his dog, it's there to protect him. The lobby had a lot of kids toys and activities to keep them busy, along with a TV, refreshments, food/drinks for purchase and a quaint outdoor patio area."

"La chambre était convenable en soi mais trop chère pour ce qu'elle. De plus, elle communique avec une chambre à côté par une porte certes verrouillée mais qui dès lors ne permet pas une bonne isolation. J'avais l'impression que la personne séjournant dans cette chambre était à côté de moi quand elle parlait au téléphone. La salle d'eau est très petite."

"NO AIR CONDITIONING. there was also no fan available. the windows were able to be opened but air flow was poor and the street noise is very loud all night long into the morning. the picture of the front of the property is absolutely misleading. that picture was taken 3 years ago and the condition has significantly declined with a lot of trash in front as well. surrounding neighborhood not the safest feeling. shower was miniature. bed was comfortable for the most part, would not go as far to say “premium” bedding. had something stuck to the sheets that was almost like a sharp piece of hard plastic tape, so don’t know where that came from. good thing: staff securely stored our luggage in a locked closet while waiting for our room to be ready & had 2 outside doors with codes for safety. would choose another hotel next time"
