"Smell of mould everywhere. In my room it was impossible to breathe or sleep. The hotel offered no help at first but after more complaints they sent an air purifying machine. It did not remove the smell entirely but it eased it some so I could rest after one sleepless night. They were renovating on our floor (18th) which we were not warned in advance about. It was impossible to rest during the day as the noise was constant. The hotel offered no compensation for all this inconvenience. We had 2 rooms, a party of 3"
