Spacious room for NY, comfortable beds. Liked the rooftop bar which has an awesome view of the Empire State Building. Even saw a possible meteor.
Great location and friendly housekeeping staff.

Clean hotel, cleaned everyday. The location was ideal, close to everything.
Staff were exceptional.

The hotel lobby and restaurants are nice, but the hotel itself is kind of old and dingy. The room they put me in was very dark, facing the interior of the building, and even with all of the lights on, it was just super dark in there, which is pretty depressing. The look of the hallways is also just dark, claustrophobic, and old. I've visited the restaurants on this property before, and would have expected the rooms and facilities to be much more updated than they are.
