"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

"Perfect B&B in a perfect Gallipoli location—with free parking!
Amazing breakfasts, fabulous staff, and beautiful rooms, building, and terrace. We will absolutely stay here again. I’m so glad I read other reviews that raves about this place because they were accurate. It’s a great place to stay. "

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Moscitos in and outside the room in the bottom of the building, a bit damp and not easy to sleep when the aircondition didnt work one night, but the outside garden was wonderful. "We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay."

"we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this.
l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome.
Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient."
"Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing.
Palazzo Columbo is an annex, away from all the hotel’s facilities, which was not made clear on either Expedia or the hotel’s own website. I’m also not convinced we received the room category we booked. The room had a broken toilet seat, and given the annex has only four rooms, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee maker should be provided.
Breakfast was very underwhelming with tiny portions and poor quality a limit of three items, and even fresh juice costing an extra €5. It simply wasn’t good value.
Service was inconsistent throughout. At check-in, I was incorrectly told I had booked room only, despite having paid for breakfast. At checkout, my request for help with luggage down a spiral staircase was reluctantly made because staff were busy, making reasonable requests feel like an inconvenience.
The main buildings are beautiful, but the overall experience didn’t live up to the property’s appearance."
"To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.
Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel"
"This hotel was our saviour after a bad experience on another holiday booking app. We booked last minute and they were the kindest, helpful and friendliest staff you could imagine. Especially Flavia.
Great location, spotlessly clean, good air con, parking free down the road but limited but they do offer paid parking outside for €12 a day. You can walk to the old town in 10 mins.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, Lavish gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, she went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
I would 100% return here."
"Great location in historical centre.
Staff very helpful and professional.
Lovely seating area around plunge pool with views across the city and coastline.
Enjoyable breakfast in a very pleasant setting."
"I loved this property…they had to switch us to a neighbouring sister property which we loved. Clean, comfy beds, attentive staff, great dip pool, quiet and convenient location in the heart of Gallipoli. Antonio was fabulous and helpful. I absolutely would stay here if I return to Gallipoli and I am looking forward to staying any other property they have."
