"En ningún momento nos indicaron lo difícil de acceso a la propiedad tienes que aparcar en una plaza fuera del centro muy incómodo con las maletas el hotel no ayudó , la persona de la recepción tampoco facilitó al traslado de las maletas al cuarto tuvo que hacerlo una chica joven finalmente lo hicimos ..."

"To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel"
