"Hôtel spa : chambre face a la ligne de chemin de fer et donnant sur la route assez passante la nuit
La ville Tricase est peu ou pas animée
L’hôtel en lui même est bien et propre, le personnel est très accueillant

"Great property for the price. We didn’t have sheets and had to ask which they were a little weird about but again for what you pay, great hotel. Good breakfast too and in the best area "
"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "
"The property was conveniently located near popular beaches. It was very clean and the staff was excellent and attentive. The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. The wifi was nearly non existent, and the TV only operated on antenna and only for a few seconds before it lost signal. While they tried...
"Underbart ställe med bästa utsikten på takterrassen! Vi hade även en terrass ute för rummet som gjorde vistelsen ännu trevligare.
Frukosten serverades på takterrassen och det erbjöds olika söta saker, frukt, ägg, toast, youghrt och müsli, kaffe och juice. Magiskt!
Toppen läge och rummet hade allt som behövdes. "
"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season.
The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either.
They are keeping their property available in Expedia while they were not open for the season just to move the guest in the other hotels in...

"This is a beautiful property with excellent amenities. We enjoyed coming home to it and waking up to the rooftop breakfast! Frederico was amazing at the front desk. He booked us a Lido for a day at a quiet beach and was so knowledgeable and host about the area. "
"Lack of mirror in the room ( only in bathroom ).
Lack of daylight in the room no windows ( only glass in the doors )
No hot water on three mornings out of seven. ( Soon fixed but very inconvenient )
Tried to move us to another hotel on our final night as they were double booked, but we refused to move."

"Great location, by the sea.
Clean and nice staff.
The swimming-pool isn't really a swimming pool, more a jacuzzy, but nice to be on the roof and enjoy the view on the sea."
"The hotel staff was amazing. I set up my bothers engagement there. From Alessia to Gloria, highly recommended. They make you feel like family. I will always go back. "
"What a gem of a find, it started with the excellent & timely communication from the hotel staff. The staff are amazing, so happy, friendly and welcoming
Upon arrival we were greeted in the street and walked into the hotel, by a very friendly staff member.
We then discovered a very clean, very Italian styled, lots of cool marble, and cactus, a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cool with aircon.
As celebrating our first wedding anniversary they had thoughtfully decorated our room, with a personalised message, balloons, rose petals, a beautiful fresh bouquet and bottle of fizz in an ice bucket.
Beds were very comfy, and the quiet location gave a good nights sleep.
Shower and bathroom are clean and bright.
breakfast was fresh and plentiful. A huge array offered.
What a great stay would happily stay here again-thank you"
"Great pool, breakfast and service. Staff are all wonderful. Short taxi ride to Gallipoli old town - pretty easy to walk there if it's not too hot. We had a lovely time. "
