Older place but very clean. AC was not blowing cold air and the staff brought a portable unit asap. We had a very nice stay 2 nights.

The heating is central and cannot be controlled. It was 80 degrees in our room. Staff said they couldn’t do anything and offered us a fan. Never will stay here again.

The property was not close to town but the service and the hotel made up for that. Although it was an older building which had been updated, It was upscale with beautiful 'one of a kind' statues in metal art. Breakfast was lovely. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

It had central heating and air conditioning and the heat was on. There was no way to turn on the air conditioning so it was hot

Clean, staff were friendly and professional. Rooms could do with some renovations, but overall it had everything we needed for a good nights sleep. Great breakfast!

This facility has a major heat issue. It was in the 20s at night and none of the rooms had working heat so we were given a room heater to use in our room. This is ridiculous!

Your the only one complained about your room doesn't have any heat and you don't want to move in a different room so that we can check what is the issue why its not blowing hot air. Our heating system is centralized and the rest of all the rooms are fine. We asked you again in the morning if you want to move in a different room and You decided to stay in the same room that you have complained about the heating system. We will not be able to check the issue since you are still in the room and we thought that everything is fine. You requested for a refund upon checkout and I apologize that we are not able to issue any refund.Thank you and Have a blessed day.

Don't judge this book by it's cover!
Ive stayed at this property atleast 7 times within a 2 yr stretch of passing through Gallup because the rooms have been remodeled & are clean, well kept. Dont expect a full scale remodel from old to all new, but from old to modern. Comfortable beds, quiet & well maintained.

The lobby looked nice. There was a problem related to the payment (charged extra) arrangements were through Expedia, ages of kids were entered, they claim no. Heat was good in room except for squirrel change made quite a racket. Floors were dirty. Some surfaces were dirty. If in the area again I’m pretty sure I would use a different hotel.

Best stay in a hotel this trip. Room was Best for my wife as she just got out of Hospital & can't walk very well. Bathroom couldn't have been any better for a handicapped person. If in need of a Room in Gallup NEW MEXICO this is the place!!!

Great place. I didnt know i had to put down a $100 deposit. Nice place to stay. There is a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine and blowdrier available in the room.

For the price it is amazing. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room facilities were great and the shower was hot. The decor in the room was very nice, you could see where the hotel is a bit old and tired looking but reception is beautiful. We felt very safe here.

This property is very shabby. The front desk staff was great but they are not given much with which to work. The price was crazy for what is a 2 Star property.

This property tried! But it’s old and the rooms had no windows door opened to a lobby. One woman found a dead mouse in her room. The building looked like a storage unit bldg. the area did not feel safe.

We needed just one night and our usual gallup hotel was full. This place had a decent price (it’s cheap enough you know it won’t be impressive so lower your prices expectations and you’ll be ok)

The room was dirty and run down. For the price i didn’t expect the ritz but it was uncomfortable and after seeing a few bugs I’ve vowed to never stay at another Wyndham location ever. The girl who checked me in was very sweet so nothing against her but the whole property needs to be renovated.

The obly thing thatvinwould suggest. Is more lighting in the hotel. And to have the pool open if your going tonsaybyou have a pool. But staff was super nice. Any questionsi had they were quick to answer or qui k to find out the answer for my question.
