"The staff was exceptional. Breakfast could have been warmer."

"One window had condensation so the bedding and my clothing seemed slightly damp. Continental breakfast was ok but not great. I can understand charging for parking while on a cruise but not for an overnight stay. That should be included. Room and bed were comfortable. Liked the location to the Strand. I would stay again. "

"Really nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and had everything i needed, including a microwave and small refrigerator. They had a couple free of bottles of water for members of hotel club, but everyone else had to pay. The people working the desk were very friendly. My only dislike was the parking. It is paid parking, and uses QR code on a paper hang down tag for your car for entry and exit of the parking garage. If you didnt hold the paper in just the right position, it would take forever to get in and out, but did, eventually, work, after a few error messages. I would definitely stay again, despite this."

"This hotel is beautiful! It’s just so pretty when you enter the lobby- everywhere you look. Our room was lovely - it was clean and comfortable. We could walk across the street to the beach and enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas that the hotel offered. It’s close to everything so we could get anywhere in no time. I wasn’t happy with the miniature fridge in our room- we could barely fit a bottle of water and definitely not any leftovers. The coffee counter in the lobby could have used more help. One person isn’t enough to help a long line of people and it closes way too early. We didn’t have time to wait and the restaurant area was roped off so we couldn’t get coffee there either. That was disappointing but overall it’s a great place to stay and I know we’ll go back. "
