Inn at The Waterpark
I am e budget traveler. I look for value. That means that sometimes I get a great deal and other times I don't. This was a mixed bag. The receptionist was great. The room was older. There was a big bug in my room, but hey, this is Texas and that will happen. It's no longer in that room.

At first I was worried I wasn't' going to get the beach view. Because their were properties on both sides of the highway. As I checked in they told me our stay was on the other side beach front. They gave us a choice of which floor we wanted. Unfortunately they told us the elevator did not go up ...

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Galveston Beach Resort by IHG
The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it!
