"Check in took a while, could not find my reservation. Room was new and recently completed so aircon was not working and no remote for tv. Breakfast was dissapointing. Good shower, hot shower, good size bedroom, comfortable bed."

"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful.
