Beautiful hotel. My booking was not confirmed by Expedia, it took me around 45 minutes to sort it on the chat line but they were great as were staff. Great amenities, pool was beautiful and close to beach and restaurants.

Excellent stay

We stayed in a sea view junior suite. It is a beautiful room, good size, and very comfortable beds. The little extra touches are nice too with turndown service and a bottle of cava and fresh fruit in the room.

Fab new hotel

Spotless hotel close to the beach with fantastic staff. Breakfast was extensive and met my dietary requirements. Parking on street was easy. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This is my 2nd time of staying at this hotel, everything is fantastic the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great location. The rooms are of a high finish and the whole hotel is impeccably clean. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. Visiting Gandia. Hopefully I will back in the near future

The Hotel is very well located. The rooms are clear, modern and the service great. Personally, I have experienced some challenges with my reservation as it didn’t show on their system, however the staff, especially Silvia, was very professional in accommodating me and ensuring my experience was a positive one. I strongly recommend the Spa experience as well (my favourite one was the lemon pool). Kudos to the staff for making this place a great one

New hotel

Looks impressive from outside. Reception area also good. Cafeteria is lacking and very basic. Rooms are pretty good, we don't like shower and wash basin in the bedroom. No restaurant. Looks like run on a budget.

It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good.

No customer care

New modern hotel very impersonal with no customer care at all. Staff at the front desk, bar or even spa seemed bothered by guests presence. The room had an individual temperature thermostat that did not work because the whole hotel was set to heat. It was 85 degrees each day outside and an oven inside, it took the mgr 2 days of complaining to finally address it, they did not care at all!
