Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. "One of the best amenities they had was the Sauna. But it wasn’t included with the room and had to pay extra, unlike last time I stayed there. When it came to using other amenities like the gym, I didn’t know what was included and what wasn’t. Definitely less relaxing than in the past. Spending almost $600/night, I don’t feel it was worth the price. Other amenities like refreshments and snack were still included."

Never have I had such excellent help with such sincere kindness. I had a gentleman Kim Fox whom i am going to email the president of the Westin in detail what excellent service he provided me, no one would could come close as to what he did for me, I lost my phone and I had other issues and Mr. Fox was a gift from heaven you have no idea how he went over and above to help me. You are very lucky to have Mr. Fox working for you."
