Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Great location, clean room, had all the amenities we needed. Only two things were that the pillows were too tall, and the exit sign in our room was very bright

Overall, this is a good choice for staying in Myeongdong as it is just across the street from where the concentration of shops begin. The room we booked with two beds (one single and double bed) was a little tight for our group of 3 but we were still able to find space to lay out our 3 large luggages. The staff very are friendly and helpful.
The check-in for me was a little confusing because the reception desk is not on the same floor as the main entrance and since I arrived late on the day of check in, I did not immediately know where to go. Normally there would be someone at the entrance bell desk, but because I arrived late, I guess they don't have anyone there at those later hours. It would help to have after hours signage.
My only other complaint would be the gym. Although, I appreciate that they at least have one, the equipment was limited and dated.
With everything said, I would still stay here again because of the location and friendly staff.
