"Everything went well, clean room and good service except that we had to wait longer than expected for check in as we were told they were completing final checks for our room. "
"The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. I am very surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. the staffs are nice though.
"
