"Aside from the size of the room which was very small with bed pushed to the side of the wall, everything else was excellent. Getting up and off the bed was hard for the person sleeping against the wall. In general, the hotel was very clean although there was an instance when the staff were chasing a rat out of the hotel on the ground floor. Room was newly renovated, toiletries (including facial wash, body lotion & conditioner) and 4 bottles of water provided each day. Room cleaning is done on request. You have to inform front desk each morning if you want to have your room cleaned that day by leaving your keycard there. Otherwise they will not enter your room. Breakfast was plentiful and there're snacks (pau, popcorn, biscuits and ice cream) & drinks available 24 hours a day. Breakfast room was very spacious. No need to wait for a table. We spent a lot of time here as the room was very small. Computers were available for use too. Kids usually parked themselves there playing games. Laundry room with free detergent provided. We had no problem getting our laundry done. Need not Q or wait. One negative thing is there's only 1 lift. So may need to wait a little. I will recommend this hotel as it is great value for money."

"Professional and courteous front desk staff were very helpful with our large family check-in requiring multiple rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and the staff was fast and friendly with table clearing. "

"Amazing boutique hotel who pay attention to small details. Excellent breakfast with individual serving main course as good as 5 star restaurants. Well located in between 2 main station . Staff are well trained n polite. Catherine, Ken n Oscar at the front desk n a few staff at the restaurant are at your service all the time . Congratulations JOHO. We will be back soon . "

"Upgrade to a king size beds room, paid double price but the room only comes with queen beds and garden view. Not worth the extra money "
