The inside of the hotel looks newly renovated and well maintained. The room is clean. however, the staff is not professional and need additional training. 1. The front desk took about 30 minutes to check us in around 6 o'clock in the afternoon. Then the lady gave me the room card of 103 which was occupied when I entered. We both have dogs so they met "loudly". When I return to the front desk and informed the receptionist that she gave me an occupied room, her word is "according to my system is not". I said it is according to my eyes. She then double check the system and gave me a new room. 2. We checked in around 6 o'clock. Around 11 o'clock, I received a phone call from the same receptionist that she forget to have me fill in a form from my pet and if I can go do that now. I told me I can't but I will do that in the morning. When I go fill in the form the next day, I was told that the form is already fill out. I told the front desk I had not fill out anything and insisted on checking the form. The form was fill out by someone else (the receptionist said it's the other person that cover the front desk) and that person also forged my signature.
