All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. "Everything about this stay was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and ended up upgrading us to an executive suite when they found out our room wasn't available. The suite had an absolutely incredible view. My only complaint was that the balcony was locked down. I would've definitely loved to enjoy my morning coffee out there but I'm sure there's a reason they are locked. Close to fantastic restaurants and walkable to the local parks and riverfront shops. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Savannah!"
