"Clean rooms, Foods are very expensive breakfast $24 and $13 for kids. $20 for parking/night. Also, My family felt the water park areas were too cold. However, we
loved the activities for kids like meet the wolf, dance party and story time."
"We were not happy with the overall experience. Checking-in late in the evening, the registration staff was not very helpful and somehow assigned the room to the worst corner of the property. A/C and heating were working well. The room was quite clean, but the room service was not. We had to ask for it."
Riverhouse by Weekender (Formerly Jack Daniels Inn)
6/10 Okay
"After struggling to get our room info (via contactless "service"), our room was adequate. There was a fair amount of sand outside due to the weather which ended up tracking in and being nasty in our carpet. Complimentary breakfast was unappealing. The best part was the location and the reasonable cost. "
"We're not B&B aficionados, but this was nothingy shy of an awesome experience. Staff/Owners are genuinely kind caring people who go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I would liken the experience to 'Staying with Good Friends'. "
"Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. My takeaway is the customer experience doesn't matter as long as you pay the bill. "
"Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence
Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again?
Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain.
Security- solicited homeless around, then sheriff around. Go figure the noise "
