This is too much logistics for a short trip! Separate place you need to drive to and convoluted instructions to pick up and drop off the keys. The parking is secure, but few minutes walk to the appointment uphill with luggage. Communication was good, but I had to fill out long and ridiculous forms for each person. Then convoluted lengthy instructions on electricity, garbage, etc. one needs hours to figure it all out. It’s also through an intermediary, so it gets confusing quickly. I needed to go to the store and get different bags for different garbage. One roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, etc…
To settle and figure out things prepare to spend 3 hours before. And 5 hours on arrival. Waste of vacation. This can’t be compared with a hotel in any way.
The property had a rotten smell and we had to air it as much as we could.
One AC and one toilet were leaking and the company tells you that none is available to fix.
I won’t lie, the place is functional and perhaps ok for a long stay and a group up to 6, but I wouldn’t rent it again.
