"I had a brilliant stay in Ibis Budget Leeds. Very good value for money. Convenient central location and had an amazing sleep throughout my stay. It had everything I needed. Staff very helpful and friendly . If I go back to Leeds again, this would be my first choice. 👍"

"Had to wait nearly 30 minutes before they could get any key card to work Was only on the fourth room I managed to get in Not what you want at 1am when you've driven all day and need sleep before your next drive No compensation, no apology, just a shrug of the shoulders from staff, that clearly had seen this happen before Didn't even get a free cup of coffee next morning"

"Bridge Farm Hotel was a lovely stay overall. The setting was peaceful and the room was comfortable, making it a really easy and relaxed base for our visit. Breakfast was included and looked excellent, with plenty of choice and everything freshly prepared, although we unfortunately had to rush off in the morning to get home. It’s definitely something we would have enjoyed more time to take advantage of. We would happily stay again next year and make more of the facilities and breakfast properly next time."

"Rooms are in desperate need of complete refurb ! My bathroom looked like it had been overly used since the 70’s, peeling enamel , cracked and just generally dingey bathroom, woodwork peeling , tiles been up since year dot. Also frame around window was worn peeling and had dead flys on sill, there was also a cigarette butt on the floor as i went in, also food spillage that hadn’t been cleaned !! The cleaners are clearly not bothered , however when speaking to management and front desk about my findings they were really helpful and kind! Overall the room was awful but the staff were excellent !"

"Arrived at the hotel where there was plenty of on-site parking - a rare find in Leeds, and reasonably priced at £24 for the two nights. Greeted by receptionist who was warm and welcoming. No fuss check-in and the upgrade we were offered pre-check in was all confirmed. The room, as with everywhere else in the hotel was immaculately clean. If you can book, or get an upgrade to the superking rooms, do it. We did it via upgrade which also gained us 15% off food and drinks throughout our stay and a 13:00 checkout time. We also had breakfast included. The room was so spacious, the bed so comfy. The towels are so soft and fluffy, too! The only downside at this hotel is, there is no air conditioning. Most of the time this won’t be a problem in the UK. It at temperatures in the high 20’s, the room did get warm. Breakfast was great - the guy who treated us at the restaurant desk on both mornings was a real gem! We didn’t get his name. It’s a real chilled affair, plentiful in choice for a buffet and you can request your eggs any way you like. This is a good value for money for breakfast - whilst it may not be “the best” you’ve ever had, it is good and there’s plant of choice. We will stay here again, if for nothing else, how clean and comfortable the room is and the friendliness of the staff overall."
