"Check in and check out process very slow with long lines. Shower head had fallen off and was on floor when we got into room. No hot water in shower for entire stay. Housekeeping was absent entire stay. Didn't come in once to clean. We had left trash cans outside and they never returned them. Called to notify and then only returned one of trash cans."
