"We found this hotel, not up to the Baymont or Expedia standards. The hotel was in such bad repair and it felt unsafe. They are obviously not taking care of this property and it shows. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying in a Baymont or an Expedia promoted property."

"This place is awful. Check-in is done through a kiosk where you talk to someone overseas who clearly has no connection to the property. There’s no real staff on site, no help if something goes wrong, and it feels sketchy from the start. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly not properly cleaned.
