Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming.

A very special spa

Really nice spa hotel in beautiful surroundings - nature with good food paths and a big lake. The spa is what really makes this place. Open dipping lake surrounded by different saunas, and also a large indoor swimming area. Lots of resting locations and refreshments. Really nice on this quiet Monday that I visited. The restaurant was also very good and the breakfast also extensive for this type of restaurant. The room comfortable and clean.

We choose a standard room but i was more than good. The Facilitys and spa was clean and nice. Surrounding area was altso very beutiful with a neaby lake for a walk. We ate at the restaurent in the hotel and again we where very satisfied with both quality and price.

Wir waren für ein erholsames Wochenende im Hotel Heidegrund. Der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich ein Traum! Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal, egal in welchem Bereich war überragend! Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Es ärgerte uns ein wenig, dass man im Hotel die Wasserleitungen aus den Nachbarzimmern sehr laut hörte und die Mücken-/Fliegengitter angebracht, aber nicht dicht waren. Wir werden dennoch liebend gerne wiederkommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Personal war super lieb und der Wellness-Bereich sehr schön. Eigentlich sollten dort am Abend keine Kinder mehr sein, das hat leider nie geklappt. Da hätte ich mir eine Ansprache der Eltern seitens des Hotels gewünscht. Das Zimmer war schön, auch wenn die Badezimmer-Tür (eine Glasschiebetür) sehr schwergängig war. Insgesamt ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Tolle Erholung im Naturschutzgebiet

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr kinderfreundlich, tolles Zimmer, fantastischer Wellness Bereich und leckeres & reichhaltiges Frühstück. Im Wellnessbereich hatten wir zur Hochzeit nur eine Liege draußen bekommen, daher minimaler Abzug bei Komfort. Sonst volle Punktzahl.
