"Musty and the bathroom was so humid even with the fan on. The carpet was not vacuumed. One of the key cards was not working even after taking it back to the front desk staff to get activated again "

"This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. Upon checkout, I was told that because the room was booked online I couldn’t get a physical receipt, and that I would get my $50. deposit back in 3-5 days. I checked out on 3-8-26. I called and asked about my deposit on the 15th because I had not received it and was told to give it a few more days. I still don’t have my deposit. I have pictures of how the room was left. I ve tried to reach out to the manager but have been put off every time. I’d hate to report this but after reading some of the other reviews I’ve decided to notify BBB."

"Staff was AWESOME. It smelled and appeared clean from.check in to room. The room itself needed help. The ac/heating unit had cracks, the telephone was very dated missing parts and kinda scary to touch it looked loike it had food or something dried into the cracks of it, gross. There were also some obvious reairs that had neen made to the walls and caulking around the doors that looked less than professional. I saw no obvious signs of anything negative or unhealthy aside from the above. Staff was quiet personable would revisit just because of him. I cant speak to breakfast or pet policy"

"Low water pressure in shower will stop me from coming back could not get soap out of my hair because the pressure was so low. Other than that it was a good experience."
