And to Beto, whose thoughtfulness went above and beyond. He not only surprised us with a bottle of complimentary Moscato in our room, but he also went out of his way to find an adjoining room for my twin nephews who flew in from Boston to join us for my birthday dinner. That extra effort meant the world to us, making it easy to be close and celebrate as a family. The location is ideal — right by the Metro, making it so convenient to explore Washington DC and Georgetown with ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the overall value and service were exceptional. This was far more than just a hotel stay. "I did not have any interaction with staff. At night, i tried calling Guest services and Transportation/Bell desk multiple time to inquire about the aurport shuttle and no one answered. I used the QR code to get my answer but the site did not answer my questions."
