The staff are consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive, adding to the overall experience. "Nice, comfortable clean room. Amenities were very good - coffee, dishes, fridge, etc. Beds were an 8 out of 10. Bedcovers were nice but a little heavy. Living room sofa (a fold out bed?) was like sitting on a board, not comfortable. Bathroom was excellent with one exception, the handheld shower wand didn’t work, however the shower worked ok and the tub was excellent with a non-slip area that greatly helped safely standing in the tub. Overall a very nice room."
