"I selected this hotel for the proximity to the Capitall One Arena. It was the perfect location. Right next to the Chinatown/Gallery place metro station. I knew in advance it would be a small room but I have never stayed in a " nano room" its not micro as described by staff. Much of the space is wasted in useless shelving and the computer area is not for a tall or obese person as a 6ft 180 lb man could not fit comfortably. Bed was small. Linen nice and clean. At check in the gentleman checking us in warned that it was a " micro hotel" with " no microwave or refrigerator " in the room. The warning was appreciated. The room was very clean. TV was big as well but we did not use it much. They had good use of the bathroom space. Color was pretty. Husband loved the towels. Its a very small bathroom and door does not lock. They provide quality shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Kudos to the staff. Super friendly. Although there was no fridge or microwave in room there are available microwave and ice and water machine in the " C" floor. You must use your room key at all times. It is needed to ride the elevators. Security was good. There is a restaurant in site. I was unahppy aboit the amenities and the manager did reach out to me on the last night of our stay. My greatest complaint is not having a microwave and fridge in the room. Overall, a good stay. Expensive but location makes ilip for it."

"Certainly over rated on app. This is a tired-looking hotel from check-in area to rooms. Got a little catfished by the website pics, they certainly don’t show anything close to what we received. I would go elsewhere in the future."

"Hotel was clean tastefully decorated. Hotel rooftop bar had lot of options of drinks and drinks were delicious but was quite expensive, $22 a drink. Hotel gym was clean and wide variety of options for equipment. The offered cool eucalyptus towels for after workout which was a nice treat. The rooftop pool was unfortunately not open yet during my stay. My only complaint was the $35 urban fee per night. The fee included two cans of water and for half of the nights of our stay I had to go to the front desk to remind them that we didn’t get our water for the day. There was a small cafe that had coffee and prepackaged snacks in the lobby but it was super expensive so I didn’t get anything. It is open till 10pm. There is also a breakfast places in the lobby open 7-10am I did not try it due to an allergy but it looked nice. Staff was friendly and helpful my whole stay."

"Staff was great!! Beds are firm and pillows are soft so slept like a baby!! They have a shuttle to the airport and Pentagon City were you can do shopping and dining or take the metro rail anywhere you want! It was a great stay! "
